LibraryThing.com

I recently upgraded my account so I could add my entire personal library onto LibraryThing. So far I've added all of my books having to do with science, philosophy, and religion. I've only begun on my books dealing with eastern philosophy, law, fitness, and martial arts. At this point, I'm only about half way done adding all of my books.

But I thought it would be neat for readers to see what is in my own collection. This is the source (other than the internet) where I've gained most of my knowledge of science, religion, etc.

LibraryThing is a website where, with a free account, you're able to upload up to 200 books, write reviews, discuss books with others, find more books to add to your collection, it even allows you to trade books with other people (through a third party website). It's any book lover's dream.

You can check out my library here!

It's only about $20.00 to upgrade your account for life if you'd like to expand your library. It's a neat site and I'm looking forward to posting more reviews and browsing other books that look interesting.

I also added a LibraryThing widget to the side of my blog that randomly picks books from my collection and displays them. Pretty neat.

Update - 1-10-11 A while back I paid to upgrade my account so I have a lifetime membership. Because of that I can upload all the books I want so I’ve uploaded all the books I own and as I buy more I will continue to add them. Feel free to check out my collection in the link above!
