I recently came across a very long, thorough, and well done review of Lee Strobel's The Case for a Creator. It's interesting reading this rebuttal in hindsight when this is the book that was used when one of my christian friends first tried to witness to me. Even then I had a feeling something was off with the arguments and the author of Daylight Atheism has written a fantastic rebuttal that can be found here. My hat's off to him. He had been working on it for nearly a year.
This also reminds me of my beef with atheists. People like the author, Ebonmuse, can be so rational when it comes to religion, but when it comes to their beliefs in the state (which is like religion in many ways) they become just as irrational as any theist trying to defend their irrational beliefs in religion.
